Innovative educational program designed for developing transversal skills of prospective teachers

Contemporary preparation of pedagogical personnel is characterized by rapid changes and the emergence new interdisciplinary professional scientific fields, which makes mission higher education more uncertain complex. In this regard, article presents issue possible formation transversal competencies among students a university. The concept competency analyzed its components are defined.
